We are proud of our organic pork from traditional rare-breed Tamworth pigs which are reared outdoors and roam freely on our small family farm on the North Cornwall coast. Organic pork from these happy Cornish Tamworths is full-flavoured and succulent. No additives are added to their feed - they mature naturally which creates a layer of fat not found in the indoor reared pig - resulting in superb and intense flavour and succulence.

These aren't indoor commercial pigs reared in concrete-floored sheds as found at most butchers. Tamworths are friendly, vocal, intelligent and mischevious! They are well suited to an outdoor life, being hardy and good foragers.These are free-range outdoor pigs that have had freedom and been allowed to root around. Consequently they do put more fat on to keep warm etc which is where the flavour and succulence comes from.

Our finest organic pork sausages are produced locally and are free from additives and come herby or plain. Once you've tried them there's no going back.

Our organic bacon, ham and sausages are all produced by award winning Cornish butchers Angus Trotters.
